The Journey
Ten years ago, FPV drones were far from mainstream. I started building my first racing quad in my garage, learning every aspect of flight controllers, motors, and camera systems through trial and error. What began as weekend fun at local racing events gradually became something much more meaningful.
As FPV technology evolved and became more accessible, I realized the incredible potential these aircraft had for storytelling. The ability to fly through tight spaces, capture smooth cinematic movements, and access angles that traditional aircraft simply couldn't reach opened up entirely new creative possibilities.
The transition from hobby to profession wasn't overnight. It came through countless hours of practice, studying for my FAA 107 certification, building relationships with local businesses, and constantly pushing the boundaries of what was possible with FPV cinematography. Each project taught me something new about safety, creativity, and the technical precision required to deliver professional results.
